Picolet mini bread rolls

Picolets are delicious mini bread rolls from JKB Foods. These two-bite-size rolls are the perfect accompaniment to a good glass of wine or pre-dinner drinks. The country Picolet is produced from wheat sourdough and decorated with crushed rye grains. Pop them into the oven - 4 to 5 minutes at 230 °C - for a delicious and crunchy snack.

The Picolet rolls are available in two filled variants: butter and Bruschetta. The butter-filled Picolet roll is flavoured with a unique tapenade of fresh garlic, spring onions and garden herbs. The filling for the bruschetta Picolet is cream cheese with a fresh tomato tapenade.

We also supply a Picolet for lunch or brunch, ready for your own filling. After a quick bake, the crunchy Picolet rolls are ideal for dipping in a sauce or oil of your choice. To create a tasty snack or an eye-catching accompaniment for drinks with a personal touch, try topping the baked snack roll with French cheese or mozzarella, a slice of tomato and a sprinkling of of freshly chopped basil. Or why not first fill the Picolet rolls - for example with goat’s cheese, a drizzle of honey and pieces of walnut - before baking them off in the oven!
